RCW series continuous quenching furnace with protective atmosphere of mesh belt is a continuous heat treatment furnace which USES intermittently advancing mesh belt to pass the workpiece through the temperature-controlled heating area, then falls into the quenching oil tank and is automatically taken out by the elevator. It can be used for quenching, thin layer carburizing and carbonitriding under controllable atmosphere. In the process of heat treatment, the workpiece without collision with each other, balanced through the furnace heating, plus the role of controllable atmosphere, prevent air from entering the furnace. Therefore, the processed workpiece surface is smooth and clean, no decarburization, surface uniformity, small deformation, high quality. The equipment has high degree of automation, parameters easy to adjust, low labor intensity, no pollution of the environment, energy saving and other advantages. The equipment can be combined with spray cleaning machine and net back to the furnace to form an automatic assembly line. And can add hair black hair blue, oiling, drying production line.
