Furnace body: the structure shell of mid-temperature trolley furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel, and the bottom of the furnace body is connected with the trolley light rail as a whole. Users do not need to install the furnace base, but only need to put it on the flat cement floor.Furnace lining: trolley furnace adopts super energy saving full ceramic fiber high pressure module structure, or adopts composite furnace lining super light energy saving refractory insulation brick masonry, interlayer with aluminum silicate fiber blanket insulation. The entrance of the furnace is made of heavy anti-collision bricks, and the surface of the pallet is made of heavy high-aluminum anti-compression bricks.Trolley: between trolley and furnace body is installed with self-lifting sand sealing mechanism to reduce the heat loss of trolley furnace and strengthen the insulation performance.Heating element: the heating element for the medium-temperature trolley furnace is made of generic OCr25Al5 resistance band or resistance wire, with good material and no deformation or cracking for long-term use.Temperature control system: it adopts the microcomputer program automatic temperature control cabinet produced by hankou electric furnace company with its own technology. The temperature control precision is ±1℃.
