Product Description

1. Purpose:

Large trolley type annealing furnace is a cycle furnace, mainly for the general large, medium metal ring or alloy parts, castings, stainless steel solid melt at less than the rated temperature heat treatment (normalizing, annealing, quenching).

2.Structure brief:

(1) the trolley furnace is composed of a furnace body and a movable trolley.

(2) the shell and trolley of the furnace body are welded with high quality steel plate and section steel.

(3) the heating element adopts the resistance belt of high resistance alloy 0Cr27AL7Mo2 produced by shougang to be arranged in the furnace door, furnace side, furnace rear wall and platform.

(4) the furnace lining is made of high aluminum fiber cotton, which has strong high-temperature resistance and good thermal insulation. It is not a substitute for general fiber cotton. The load-bearing part is built with heavy refractory bricks to enhance the structural strength of the furnace lining. In order to ensure that the temperature transfer at the bottom of the trolley is not very high, the insulation layer of the trolley is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and diatomite insulation brick, so as to improve the insulation performance of the furnace body.
