The heating elements of the box type tempering furnace are designed for long life, high temperature resistance and made of 0Cr25Al5. They are arranged on both sides of the furnace and at the bottom of the furnace. The door of the furnace can be lifted by electric or hydraulic, and the door of the small box-type tempering furnace can also be used. Microcomputer temperature control system is adopted to control tempering process with high precision, and the whole tempering heat treatment process from entering the furnace to discharging is completed automatically.
